My parents got there money back and are headed to Home Depot to buy a stove there . Bought one at Lowe’s 12/9. Been scheduled and blown off twice for installation. Store manager at 31 could care less about helping. So much that the appliance manager was shocked. Never buying from Lowe’s again. Your customer service is horrible. My mom is going back and forth to my sisters baking and cooking for Christmas and your store manager could care less. Not happy at all. I have to drive 20 min to get to Lowes. Make the trip and purchase the flowmaster fill tube I need for my toilet. Get home and than notice the box is normally sealed and the one I have is not. As expected everything is missing to mount the nice new fill tube into my toilet. So now I have to drive 20 minutes again to get something I can use, all because a opened item was placed back on the shelf without inspection. Of course I still don't have a working toilet and will not be compensated for my wasted time.
