Well Lowes....Won't be getting my business after standing watching 3 idiots load a pallet (only one actually working the fork lift ) for 10mins all 3 looked dead at me then just walked off and said nothing or asked if I needed help. Awesome Lowes. It's May 23 2017 2:45pm. So whoever you have working back there in Garden center needs some training on what Assertive means.
Very disappointed. Bought a cabinet that was on sale (in stock it said) on line Wednesday evening. Received the pick up email on Thursday that the order was ready. When my husband went to pick it up, they didn't have it. Had to cancel the order and buy it at another store for a higher price. After spending thousands of dollars here, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
This store is awesome! Best customer service hands down. Rocky (assistant manager) and Sue (home decor/windows) are amazing to work with and really care about their customers, especially clueless new homebuyers like myself. I'd give them 12 stars if I could!
I think they have more varieties of products! Sales associates are helpful!
