The worst experience I have ever had with them or any store ever. One issue after another and never resolved! Will never shop again or have any of my contractors purchase supplies there
We bought a high end rug that had fray spots where we didn't see until we moved the furniture. And the carpet installer cut the carpet wrong and I have a front curve that looks terrible and it keeps getting worse where it goes under the metal. Poor. It should last 10 years at least!
My mom started a kitchen project in April of 2014 and after problem after problem, did not sign the completion forms till April of 2015. Now she has a leak in her kitchen sink around the drain flange and guess what, no one from lowes has contacted her regarding the repairs even though she has contacted them in person at the store.
I think lowes should be boycotted,a friend of mine who happens to b a cancer patient was mocked by two employees today because she'd lost her hair due to chemo!ill never step foot in a lowes again
