I just want to give a big thumbs up to your employees in the paint area, and also the customers today. My dog had an accident (first time ever in public, he is 11 1/2) and everyone was super understanding. I love that you guys are dog friendly, and that your staff was so wonderful. Much appreciated!
Terrible customer service. Sold us a refrigerator and just over a year later doesn’t work and said oh you should have bought the extended warranty?! Really? A $4000 refrigerator should last more then a year and three months. No manager will accept call and can’t get anyone in store to stand behind the product. Don’t sell overpriced garbage to customers if you aren’t going to stand behind it. Shame on you Lowe’s!!
Awful customer service! Shop your independent shops or if you prefer Big Box then Home Depot! Lowe’s doesn’t seem to really care about its customers...
We purchased a fence install from this store. The delivery of the supplies was late and pieces were broken. The communication between us and the project coordinator was poor. The project started later then we were promised and took longer than we were told it would, with minimal to no communication regarding the delays. When it was finally finished, there was a portion leaning, the gate then broke, and now the majority of the caps have come off. Purchased a Dishwasher on 11/17, finally had it installed on 12/12 and it was defective. It is now 12/19 and I still have a defective dishwasher (the installers took my working dishwasher). I get a different answer from every person I speak to. Yesterday I was told that the replacement dishwasher would be installed on Thursday. Tonight they called to say Friday. I will never buy another thing from Lowe’s again.
Lowe's honors their warranty and makes a good effort to help customers solve problems. That's almost a surprise these days, and we appreciate it.
