Horrible customer service after spending over $1k at the store. Hung up on by a manager.
The WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life. Not only am I still waiting for a delivery that was suppose to be here 3 days ago- but getting ahold of someone on the phone that doesn’t hang up on you every single time... good luck! 👍🏻
Been trying to get ahold of someone all day today regarding an appliance that I rejected when delivery showed up because it was badly dented. Called the delivery department numerous times with no response. Someone finally answered and said they would direct my call. 15 minutes of hold and I got hung up on. I would not recommend getting anything delivered from this store. I ordered online, so however you have to do it, make sure it doesn’t come from this store.
No carts in the store Took me forever to find one - they were all out in the parking lot Garden center locked Had to haul 15 large bags of mulch halfway across store to check out Try doing that wearing a mask Asked the manager why- said he had no help Place sucks Will go to local garden store in Marcellus Or local Home Depot first 😡
After a recent visit to the Camillus NY store on 5/2/2020 I would rate customer service as poor in this location. Took my $ to home depot for my new major appliances and accessories. Employees walk by and do not acknowledge you. Finally stopped an associate coming by to find find where a particular item was located, and was told " it's not my department " , then he said he would check his app and stated it should be down in aisle XX, and walked away. I will not recommend or return to this location !!!
