Great service and quick check out. Great store always has what I need.
I purchased my doors and paid for install on November the 15th for $973.80. It's been 4 months. 3 different doors. Please get your act together. What would any one of you do if you guys were in my situation? This is a absolute nightmare. You are the worst thing to ever happen to me Lowes. I have wasted my money and THAT hurts.
Went to buy a new washer and dryer. Went in the store walked around. Could not get anyone to help me. The only person in that Dept. Was talking to his buddy. I can only assume. I stood around for 15 mins waiting. Never once could I get any help. I left and came back right at a hour later. Same guy back there. Doing the same thing. They need more employees . Wait time can be long at times
I was extremely disappointed with my visit. Couldn't cut wood down for me and the employees were terribly rude.
The customer service at this Lowe's is terrible. The are no friendly faces and employees make you feel like you are bothering them when you ask the a question. Also the cashiers are very rude.
Lowes corporate customer care is awful. None of the customer service reps return calls and I've been put on hold 2 days in a row for a total of 40 minutes without any resolve. the only time I get any attempt at resolve is when I take to social media.
