I've been to 2 different Lowe's stores today and I can't get any help in the flooring department at all whatsoever, I've hit the help button 10 times! I don't have time to wait like this!!!

Everything in the last six months that we’ve attempted to have done through Lowe’s has not gone smoothly. It’s not worth the 10% military discount you have to endure to buy major purchases from Lowe’s! Will not recommend Lowe’s to anyone and will never make another purchase through you!
Kevin & Joe are the nicest, most helpful guys ever. Both of them have helped me on numerous occasions. Joe loaded a propane tank for me then proceeded to load everything else I bought that wasnt even heavy. Kevin has helped me multiple times. I bought a grill & had them assemble it. When I came back to pick it up it was about an inch too big to fit in my vehicle. Kevin took all these bolts out just to get one piece of the grill off, in the hot sun.
