I am so impressed with the way #Lowes handled replacing my daughters washer. I bought a scratch and dent washer for her for Christmas and i stopped working. GE was horrible about coming out to fix it. Once they did we rejoiced for only a couple of days when it broke down again. Lowe's is now replacing it with a brand new out of the box, delivering it to her and installing it free of charge. Thank you #LowesHomeImprovement for such great service!! I've always had good customer service at Lowes Christiansburg.They have some long time employees that go out of their way to help. My challenge with Lowes is at the corporate level and rebates. Right on my receipt is listed "Items qualified for rebate"... but after submitting them I receive a letter stating that my appliance purchases do not qualify. So they qualify on the receipt, but not when it actually comes time to pay me. The Christiansburg store and I are both getting screwed because Home Depot is right across the str... read more

Awful.....cannot begin to describe. 3 times to the store for my carpet quote and that was 3 weeks ago...no quote yet. The store manager had time to give this store a 5 star rating...Store managers most likely do get great service from the store they manage.

Ordered a washing machine and it was not in stock, 6 weeks later still had not arrived. Talked to the store manager (waste of time) asked if he could get the on stock one at another lowes and he declined and encouraged me to just get a refund. I did and when my loess bill came ( used the lowes card to get 10% off) didn't make a payment because I hit a refund and they charged me $55 for a late fee. I was treated with an incredible amount of disrespect today by the woman working in the kitchen area. She took one look at me (I was dressed for walking, and was a bit hot & sweaty from walking 5 miles on the Huckleberry Trail) and decided what kind of countertops I can and can not afford.
