Have been a customer for years, ALL of my appliances are from Lowe’s in Radford, VA. I have been to the local store FIVE times about my last purchase and credit card bill. Mistakes, Mistakes, Mistakes! I finally just said I would pay off my bill...along with a hundred dollars that I should not have had to pay, but don’t want to waste any more of my time. Came home and cut up my Lowe’s credit card which means NO MORE shopping at Lowe’s, you lost a pretty loyal customer.
Lowe's in Christianburg must have too many customers! One less now! I'm assuming a dept manager had the customer service/returns associate say something to me about being in the breezeway 2 minutes before opening!!! Now that's the way you treat a customer!! I'm not the one that opened the outside door 3 foot! I promptly told them that's fine Home Depot across the raod!
Pick up seriously did not work out well. I stopped in for my pick up slip and shopped about 30ish minutes. Still had to sit in my car outback for another 20 some minutes before they got it. At this point I could have grabbed another one off the shelf myself if I hadn’t already prepaid for pick up earlier if knew this was going to take this long. Just gonna return the other item on pick up and purchase it at different store. This is ridiculous.
I stopped in on a Friday afternoon to pick out some paint. Adam at the paint center was really helpful! It was semi busy but he took time to mix paint to help me find the perfect color. It doesn't seem significant, but I genuinely appreciate the quality of a customer service rep to show patience and willingness to help. Thanks, Adam!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS CHRISTIANSBURG VIRGINIA LOWES! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Joe and Lauren too busy in a meeting to come and help me. Sent an employee who couldn't help me. 45 minutes later and I had to come back to pay for a washer after other had failed. This used to be my favorite store. I guess I need to start shopping Home Depot.
Helpful employees. Very pleasant cashier in garden center. With the humidity don't know how she could smile, but she did. Lol
