** UPDATE: Sad, another business Aaron’s in Radford, Va stepped in and done what y’all should have done!!! They donated a riding lawnmower to me because they seen how bad y’all done me!!! Very very poor customer service!!!!! This will be pretty lengthy.... In April of this year I bought a Craftsman riding lawnmower for about $1500; in August of this year the motor blew! After months of trying to get an order for pickup paid for by gift card straightened out I thought the call from the local store had resolved the issue, but they tried to send a merchandise card to my PO Box via UPS who refused to deliver it so it got sent back according to tracking 1ZW086F61208768036.

poor customer service! my husband drove over an hour to get there to get a forced air heater, 4 in-stock, and they refused to get it down. told him to order it and theu would get it down and have it out in a few days!!! Unacceptable!! we were there to purchase it at the time, because we need it now, not next week!!
Scheduled an appliance delivery after having issues online and the day prior to being delivered, we received an email stating the delivery was moved to another day. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue except this was for a weekend rental and we were not to be there when they arbitrarily moved the date. When I originally scheduled the delivery, the Saturday 4/25 was wide open and no other deliveries scheduled.
