Horrible experience from a customer experience. Haven’t felt this frustrated while calling somewhere before. It took me almost 2 hours to get a hold a the store manager, which connect me to the front desk and finally cancel my order
Pre Ordered and paid for $1400.00 in flooring. Arrive to pick it up on the scheduled pickup day. Had to wait over an hour and a half to get it brought from the back. Manager really didn't seem to care. Just the standard "Sorry about your wait."
Another disappointment with another big retailer who could really care less if you come back and spend money with them or not. I had to special order a faucet, and when it didn't arrive in the time frame promised I called not once, but twice asking for a status. Was told they would call me back, but didn't. Today I demanded to speak with a manager. The faucet had been sitting in the stock for nearly two weeks. I'm completely disgusted.
Still waiting for delivey of ladder ordered in April. House is 20 minutes from store...
Unfortunately, I have to pick one star. DO NOT use this store for your carpet installation. They have no idea what they are doing, make promises they can't keep and lie about the issue to cover their own selves. Ordered $5000.00 worth of carpet, was told the carpet we wanted was in stock and was guaranteed installation in 72 hours. We are now 271 hours in, and all they do is back pedal. Worst possible installed sales program ever. Run! Do not walk from this store.
Tried to deliver a dented washer Sunday and then called today to tell me they were 10 minutes away...which would have been great if they had bothered to reschedule the delivery with me! Needless to say I am not getting it until next week and I am furious.
Love Lowes. The people I work for are warm and very kind. We have good days and bad and then the great days happen and make it all worth it. Thanks Lowes for excepting me as one of your family.
