Spent hard earned money on carpet to be installed. Where in the hell do you get your installers? Can’t speak a lick of english and screwed up my carpet. Lowe’s will never get another dime of my money. I’m goin to Home Depot from now on.
Bad experience in trying to get damage done by one of their contractors - CRUME Installations repaired. This was strictly poor workmanship.
Their management is a joke. My husband works there told them that he can no longer work during the week and they are still scheduling him. They also tell him that he has no choice but to stay until 11 p.m. even though he's only scheduled until 10 p.m.. They claim that they are not allowed to talk to family members about things related to the employee. What a bunch of bullshit.
unbelievably bad customer service in the flooring department. Craig is so rude and not helpful at all. I was trying to place a $6000 order for carpet and couldn’t even get basic questions answered. After over an hour I finally went down the street to Carpet Mart. I highly recommend them! At Lowes, I have spent over $12,000 this year with a partial kitchen remodel and several thousand in appliance department. I was not prepared for the rude service Craig provided. Skip the Hassel and go to Carpet Mart.
Thank you for having refrigerators in stock when mine went out. Home Depo, does keep any in stock. Takes a week to get one. Lmao
