The Lowe’s on Hurstbourne Lane is a total mess at the return counter. The online ordering is crowded and only a pathway to pick up your order Plus the associate was rude. We asked for a receipt and she pointed to the paper that was taped to our merchandise. No response at all. Plus her mask was under her nose. Will be going to the other Lowe’s in Louisville area or Home Depot. The tool box we purchased was dirty and dusty.
Wanted to give a big thank you to your delivery driver. He dropped off supplies so I could build out a room in my basement for my kids to do school during this time at home. Right after he left, I pulled in my driveway and noticed I didn’t get shims which were supposed to be on my order, and called him to inquire. He checked his ticket and noted that shims weren’t on my paperwork. Tried and failed to install two water heaters. Hard to find a simpler install. Got one from another company over the phone. They had it delivered and functioning within an hour. The Lowes water heater was their top of the line. They threw them out. So it took weeks and several hours to get our money back because Lowes lost all records of our purchases. I was in Lowes 3 hours getting my money back.
I have never experienced the level of ineptitude from a company before. We came to this store for wood flooring. Someone from Lowe's came out to measure, but never bothered to pull up the carpet to see what was underneath or confirm the thickness of flooring we'd need. On Nov 2nd, we purchased 3/4" flooring. We were told the material would be delivered once ALL of it was in-stock. The material was delivered days later, but minus the quarter-round. It sat in our house for two ... Continue Reading
Totally incompetent. Twice they delivered defective washer and dryer while has bad attitude when they called trying to "resolve" the issue. Worst experience ever and no surprise Lowes are closing so many doors. You do not deserve our business.
