I have always been a fan of Lowes. I would go there for any hardware needs. Today I was in after something and I looked every possible place I could think of. In the meantime, I tried to flag no less than 15 employees who just looked through me and kept walking. So in the same amount of time I wandered lost in Lowes, I went to Home Depot, a man helped me right away, told me EXACTLY where the item was, I checked out, got home, installed the item and poured myself a glass of water. If your business is sinking, THIS is why.
In December we bought a heater hog and it didn't work. Then today 3/3 we go buy a deep freezer and bring it home and it's damaged right where the controls are on the bottom. Take it back and get another one. Luckily we opened it up before we put it in the van and it was damaged in the same exact spot! Needless to say we didn't get one and I am not happy with them right now. They probably don't care but I am about to say screw u and never come back to a lowes again!!!!
They were beyond helpful n the paint dept...everyone was so nice n helped me get everything I needed n so pleasant to talk to... Thanks�
My mother purchased a fence from your store months ago, I'm talking at least 4 months and has had nothing but a terrible experience. The fence was installed poorly and the contractor busted a plumbing pipe. The fence was taking down and her driveway was torn up. My mother has called time and time again trying to get this resolved and is always promised a date of repair, but Lowes NEVER follows through. My advice is to NEVER conduct business with this company.
WHAT A JOKE BOUGHT A TOP LOAD WASHER A SAMSUNG ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO THAT HAS A 10 YEAR DIRECT DRIVE WARRANTY THIS THING WONT EVEN DO A FULL CYCLE TAKES FOE EVER AND WONT FINISH. IT HAD A RECALL WE DID AND NO FIX JUST A JOKE I ONLY SHOPPED AT LOWES FOR YEARS BUT IT LOOKS LIKE IF LOWES IS GOING TO SALE JUNK THEY DONT NEED MY BUSINESS
I like Lowes very much as opposed to Home Depot. The main thing I would suggest is have more knowledgeable people in their dept's! Let them actually stay in their dept's so they are available for assisting your customers . I hate going to track someone down and then they say... Well that's not my dept! There are many older people with hardware type knowledge that you could hire. Put the call out for experienced people, you might have to pay them a dollar more but it'll be worth it!
