I went and ordered a washer and dryer in store and spent close to 1000 on it. They said it would be delivered 12/6, I called today because they still haven't arrived and they had the audacity to tell me "these things take time" and said it wouldn't be delivered until 12/16. It's absolutely ridiculous and everyone I talked to was rude af.

Rude.. Was supposed to deliver on 01/13, then rescheduled for 01/15, But did not even call.. took off day from work. Now I call national customer service office and tells me it wont be until 01/25.. Wont be going back there
they did beat the competitor price, but the headache after was ridiculous. i was told i had only one delivery needed for my materials. Well 2 deliveries later i still do not have all my materials. Also with my initial delivery someone other than anyone in my household signed off on it. Now no one can tell me Who it was tha signed. This is horrible service. Now i bout to leave and go pick up the rest of my materials... terrible
i was literally just in this store, and was looking to buy (immediately) a whole kitchen appliance package. it would have been atleast $3000 total... but for some reason, the employees here don't want to make a sell apparently. I guess I will be taking my money across the street to Home Depot... I understand if there were multiple customers, but there wasn't. I waited 45 minutes looking through all of the appliances. The only employee that spoke to me at all, was when I was leaving the store....
Lowe's at Brownsboro Rd overcharged and would not remedy even though their price tag clearly stated it was cheaper. they wouldn't even look at it.
