I will never purchase another thing from Lowe's. We bought three appliances at this location back in November. The appliances had to be ordered. The delivery times was supposed to be between noon & 4:00pm today. At 4:02 I called to ask where my appliances were. Sat on hold for 15 minutes only to be told it may be after 6:00pm before the delivery. My husband took half a day off work to be here for the delivery & that was a waste of his time & money. Just went in to grab a gfi. Needed to use the restroom while I was there. Toilet paper everywhere. Clogged toilets. Toilet paper holder broke off the wall and laying on the floor. Go to check out there is one register open 15 people in line for said register. No self checkout at this location. I don’t know who’s in charge at this location but you’re paying them too much.
Don’t ever order a door to be installed! Tried to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t even talk to me, the person on the phone just referred me to a different phone #! I’m taking my money elsewhere!
Zero follow up on customer complaints. Had a flooring delivery that arrived on the wrong day and was just left out in my driveway since I wasn't home. The store manager has made it clear that my business is NOT important.
They suck. Lowe's on Dixie Hwy needs to hire a new team for their CustomerService desk. PITIFUL! That's the one thing they are consistent with, poor CustomerService. I get treated as if I'm interrupting them when I come up to their desk for service. Pretty sad.
Had to go back to Lowe's and needed a piece for my faucet. The gentleman that usually helps me was not there. A lady came out and said what was it you wanted? I started to tell her and she interrupted me and said this is the only part we have that has two holes. I said you didn't even let me finish what I was trying to tell you and again she interrupted me and handed me the part.
