Southgate Lowe's employees all over the store, ask 2 of them for assistance get nothing. Didn't even make an effort. Time to make the longer trip to Home Depot.

We're having problems (or had, because we cancelled our order) with Lowe's, of all places! We went to buy a dishwasher Saturday August 26th. Dad found one he liked and bought it that day. We were told then that it was in stock, and that we would be called that Wednesday to arrange a delivery date. We called them Thursday when we hadn't heard anything. We were given another date. Well we ordered a stove, dishwasher and refrigerator from this store. Salesman was Jesse delivery was scheduled for 6/23 they were not delivered. We spoke to Jesse who apologized and all told us they would be delivered on 6/24. We spoke to Phil today Jesse told us to call him this morning so he could give us a good window time for delivery. Wait for it..... we were told that our appliances are not on the truck and that the truck was gone. Now we are being told that tomorrow they will be delivered for sure. I went to the store today to buy a few things. first I picked up a gift card which I was going to put $50.00 for a birthday gift. and then to the garden shop to pick up some plants. when I got to the checkout they told me they couldn't ring up the gift card at the garden department. I have some bad knees and so I had to limp to my car unload the items I purchased and go back into the store to buy the gift card.
