I am a Lowe’s shopper and will continue to be. Tried to get a fair quote for a basement refinish. After getting high priced estimate, I made an appointment to talk to rep about it. She stood me up for this appointment. Not happy. Will not consider Lowe’s for any future-projects nor will I refer them. Otherwise I like their products.
I'm only giving 1 star since that's the lowest rating possible. Came in tonight at 5:30 to do some shopping. While there we needed some help figuring out how much product we needed. Unfortunately since we were unable to find a single person to help us we ended up leaving the supplies we had already gathered. Try employing enough people to be able to help customers. I will stick to Lowe's Allen Park where i can always find help.
You all did a great job. Just bought a stove and refrigerator at a good price and the delivery and service was great. Definitely have our family as customers.
