Two days and no Customerservice unless I was checking out or my return. You are less than 1/2 mile away and I'm going 5 miles to Menards. Such a bad experience; I asked for help twice and no one came back. Just got the "wait a sec" finger. My money spends else where for my home renovation.
The acociates here are never ready to help anyone. Second tme I've reported it. �
Found some lawn chair for the deck kinda reasonable!
Ordered a fridge 3 weeks ago, was given multiple times over several days for the delivery, then got a call that it wasn't even in stock yet! Waited 2 more weeks, got a confirmation it was finally in stock, waited another week for the delivery and just called to find out it still hasn't been delivered to the store!!! Lost a customer and on my way to get a refund.
My husband tried to buy us a new refrigerator. To whole story is such a joke, and , obviously this company treats it's employees like crap because there IS NOT ONE person who cared about fixing our situation. We have NOTHING but bad to say about this company. We will NEVER shop again and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same. Thanks for wasting our time. If I did this to my customers I would have to refund $$, And jump through hoops. Why , just why is it that Lowes doesn't have to!???
