Do Not Buy Mowers from here!! Troy Built mowers are crap!! After 10 months the mower stopped working. Unless to purchase the extorted service plan from Lowes they will not help you. You have to go to the manufacturer who does not stand behind their warranty. Many reviews along with mine for major problems. I know people reading this doesn't care but when it happens to you your response will be the same. Buyer beware!!! Do not shop at Lowes!!!!!
I went to just shop and I came upon the section where people have paint mixed and then don’t like it. So they sell this stuff at a huge discount. So I found a stain sealant that I really liked there were 2 gallons same color so I bought one. This was last week my husband started painting the deck and I love the color he said go see if the other gallon is still there. I did it was. So I have 2 gallons for $18 reg price $45 each. I did good.
Do NOT use Lowe's for any job that requires labor/installation!! You will regret it. They subcontract it out to the cheapest most unqualified laborers in town. And once they subcontract it out, they leave their customers high and dry. I ordered a countertop through Lowe's and they subbed it out to a horrible company. The installation crew drove their delivery truck into the side of our house!! All Lowe's did was take my money and run. They aren't helping to resolve the issue at all! Run the other way, don't shop at Lowe's!!!
I purchased a snowblower today and two lovely gentlemen helped take it partially apart and load it in my SUV. They were so helpful and polite. I also purchased a large rug and it all fit in my car. One gentleman was nice enough to care about making sure my car was not damaged inside, they both took the time to make sure my little three year old was warm and safe. So seriously you buy appliances using a LOWES credit card but you have to wait 48 to schedule a delivery so the card can clear..... Its YOUR freaking credit card. After you wait 48 hrs next you are giving an 11 hour delivery window a freaking 11 hour window. NEVER AGAIN LOWES
I just drove out of my way and showed up to pick up an online order, only to be told upon arrival it wasn't even in stock. Then to add insult to injury, on the way out, a male employee told me to "Smile" as I walked past. I would reconsider the way you run your store, and maybe have a meeting about gender harassment.
