In less than 2 weeks I purchase a microwave, stove and kitchen faucet. Went to purchase dishwasher today no help, waited 45 minutes for someone to show up. When they did 2 dishwashers not In stock all though online they claim they are!!
Placed an online order to be delivered on Saturday 5/27 because I had a long weekend and wanted to do a yard project during my time off. They ended up rescheduling 3 times so I canceled my order and got a refund. When I called to cancel this $500 transaction the customer service rep didn't even ask why! I will be taking my money and business elsewhere.
Was easy to navigate the store and find what we needed right away. We had an awesome cashier. Everything went smoothly. :)
I bought a snowblower and it doesn't run right so I wanted to get it serviced and they act like they don't know who I am and they can't help me out. Iam very unhappy with this purchase right now I wouldn't buy my major things here- like lawn mowers-other power equipment-go somewhere they appreciate the customer. this is under warranty but they can't help.
I honestly wish there was a 0 star option. We're still waiting for a refrigerator we order over a month ago. Not a good thing when you're forced to use a cooler to keep things refrigerated for your children because of a stores incompetence!
what good is your rebates if you give them in checks if some people dont have a bank account and your stores wont take them.guess ill just start going to menards at lease they take their rebates
I just got back from buying a hot water tank at my Van Dyke and 13 Mile Lowes. I got the thing onto a cart and while I was at the register paying for it a man next to me was putting on a coat and said he would give me a hand getting it into my car. What a relief. He worked in lumber and noticed I was alone and wanted to help. What a nice guy and thoughtful employee. I was trying to figure out how to get it in the car and he solved that problem.
