The staff in the garden center was extremely helpful and friendly, which made picking up purchases on my lunch fast, easy, and fun.
Had great customer service buying paint Saturday. Employees were friendly which makes for a great shopping experience.
A huge shout out to SAM, in the Tool department, at Warren, MI store!! As I explained to Sam that I was struggling with gift ideas for my 10 year old Boys, he shared with me a Stanley 38-PC Home Tool box, wrapped up in a yellow carrying case, that he purchased for his 10 year old Grandson! The gift idea was perfect!! Hammer, screw drivers, wrench, pliers and much more! Sam even grabbed a ladder to get a second tool box from the above storage bins!! No complaints. We all have our days of good and bad. Nobody is perfect and we are ALL human at the end of the day.
In less than 2 weeks I purchase a microwave, stove and kitchen faucet. Went to purchase dishwasher today no help, waited 45 minutes for someone to show up. When they did 2 dishwashers not In stock all though online they claim they are!!
Placed an online order to be delivered on Saturday 5/27 because I had a long weekend and wanted to do a yard project during my time off. They ended up rescheduling 3 times so I canceled my order and got a refund. When I called to cancel this $500 transaction the customer service rep didn't even ask why! I will be taking my money and business elsewhere.
Was easy to navigate the store and find what we needed right away. We had an awesome cashier. Everything went smoothly. :)
