Terrible customer service
probably shouldn't offer curb side pickup. today at 1230 pm the female who answered the phone was rude and told me i would have to wait or come in the store. i expected a wait but her tone was awful. I am immune compromised and went in to get my order so I could avoid her nastiness. the two cars in front of me were still waiting when i left
willie when asked fir a business card said I am just an associate I do not have one. he is a very humble and helpful man. we came in for a jet tub he was very helpful and explained tje details of why we would need to go with a little larger size. in addition I was waiting for.my husband to come and Dave askef.if I needed help. I was happy to see someone cared about customer service Wille and Dave awesome employees. menards and home depot loss my business because of Willie and David.
staff was uniformed and clueless about how to type up a simple install...very poor customer service
I just had the worst customer service experience at the Warren, location. I was told the washer we bought would be delivered today. I took a day off of work so I could be home for delivery. When it was not delivered, I called the store and was basically told, "we messed up and there's nothing we can do about it". I asked to speak with a manager and I was told he would only tell me the same thing. I was finally put in touch with a manager, only after calling the corporate office. Just found out they must have changed their 1 yr guarantee on plants. Not all perennials are covered, just certain outside kinds. Home Depot still has their 1 yr perennials guarantee on all plants including tropical house. Guess I'm becoming a Home Depot shopper.
Worse bathroom remodel brought to you by Lowe's home improvement store. Tuesday will be a month that we've been without a bathroom! Don't ever let Lowes in Warren, Michigan remodel your home!! So unprofessional!! I have texts saying they forgot about us even. We've recieved the wrong shower liner twice! A broken shower base, than Candace forgot to order the new shower base..
