Hit or Miss I spend a lot of time in home improvement and hardware stores, and this is honestly my least favorite. They don't carry many of the products that I need and like, and I find the customer service to be less than satisfactory.
Big Box store that has it all I could spend hours wandering around Lowes looking at all the stuff I'd like to do in my house. They have everything, and their staff is always willing to answer any questions you might have about any home improvement projects. They don't have a great selection of metric fasteners though, and some things get moved around and they're hard to find, like their childproofing stuff. But their staff helped us find it! An okay Lowe's store This store is in a great location on 13 Mile and Van Dyke. I like their selection of items, but it amazes me how their prices differ from other Lowe's stores, and not in my favor. Also, when trying to get more information about flooring I was practically laughed out of the store and did not get any help at all. Can I get a Little help? I came out of Lowe's about an hour ago determined to email upper management. I was upset. when I first went into the store I wanted to look at the samples of floating floors for the kitchen. So I grabbed a Lady walking by and she did the best she could to help me. Great! That settled, I needed to look at toilets. Home Depot has a great rating system plus they tell you the gallons/Litres per flush, how large the flush valve is and how large the opening to the sewer pipe is. Terrible customer service
probably shouldn't offer curb side pickup. today at 1230 pm the female who answered the phone was rude and told me i would have to wait or come in the store. i expected a wait but her tone was awful. I am immune compromised and went in to get my order so I could avoid her nastiness. the two cars in front of me were still waiting when i left
willie when asked fir a business card said I am just an associate I do not have one. he is a very humble and helpful man. we came in for a jet tub he was very helpful and explained tje details of why we would need to go with a little larger size. in addition I was waiting for.my husband to come and Dave askef.if I needed help. I was happy to see someone cared about customer service Wille and Dave awesome employees. menards and home depot loss my business because of Willie and David.
staff was uniformed and clueless about how to type up a simple install...very poor customer service
I just had the worst customer service experience at the Warren, location. I was told the washer we bought would be delivered today. I took a day off of work so I could be home for delivery. When it was not delivered, I called the store and was basically told, "we messed up and there's nothing we can do about it". I asked to speak with a manager and I was told he would only tell me the same thing. I was finally put in touch with a manager, only after calling the corporate office.
