I just love going to Lowe's to complete yet another home project! :)
We were there at least 2hours and it may have been 3 because we had a list a mile long... we probably hit most every dept in the store and needed assistance in blinds, wood/contract area/ paint and checked out at the contract desk... the people in each dept were WITHOUT fail all friendly,helpful and knowledgeable... this is why regardless of how close I am to the other Jacksonville location I ALWAYS stop here.... they appear to appreciate our business...
If I could give it less than a star I would. Melissa the front end cashier that works in returns acted like we were bothering her when we returned curtains. Not once did she smile or even greet us. We normally go to the lowes in new Bern and we were In the Jacksonville area this afternoon. NEVER AGAIN.

Bought a new double door fridge today only paid 500 brand new out the door manager Ben took off an extra 100 because it was dented a little :) I could be more happy will see be back when I need a new stove
DO NOT BUY from LOWES of JACKSONVILLE NC on YOPP RD. ..Waited 5 days for a new John Deere mower...was told 3 different lies about the delivery. Mower came and wouldn't start. I returned it for a refund store manager THOMAS WALKER did nothing to help make it right and had a lack of interest in me being a customer or my business. DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES Jacksonville NC store#2737. Manager THOMAS WALKER needs replacing.
