Horrible customer service. Instead of helping me find the correct drain snake, they told me to leave the aisle so they could use a lift for top stock. I've been in customer service over a decade. You wait on the customer. I could possibly see if they had the aisle partially blocked already but it wasn't. When you ask about a tool cabinet that is advertised online to be in stock in the store and you ask an employee to get one of the 3 that are actually in stock out so you can see it and decide between the two, the employee shouldn't state it can only be taken out if you are sure you want to buy it because it takes heavy equipment and a lot of effort to get one out. today, my father and I were in your store. around 940... there wasn't anyone in the flooring Dept. asked Melissa (by the cabinets) if she could get someone. she found out there wasn't anyone there til 10. she happily and gladly helped us with ordering, and also straightened out my dad's online account. she did an amazing job. that's how customer service should be! so greatful for her help and positive attitude today. ❤️
