I'll just say this up front: NOTHING we were EVER told would happen, happened when and how they said it would. We (family of 5) vacated our home in order to do a carpet/tile install. Because we ordered in-stock carpet, we were told this was going to be a very fast process. Tile goes in first as planned. These guys are so nice and friendly! One guy was headed out and turned around to help me. There was another time I went in half asleep and there was a guy that was totally patient as I tried to say I wanted a screen door. Somehow we made it thru my babbling and I got exactly what I wanted!
