I always shop at Lowe's never had any problems have always left happy until now. bought a fridge on Aug 6th today Sept 9 it took a crap already!! called and they wont even exchange it!! I was told I must go to manufacture!! your customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't ask for a refund just exchange I will NEVER buy from your store again talked to the manager and they don't even care.
