Horrible service! I ordered online and went to the curbside pickup area. Attempted to call the posted number to advise that I was here yo p/u. The call wasn’t answered got almost 20 minutes then when answered the clerk abruptly transferred my call back to curbside Dept, which was not answered / thus cycle continued for another 5-6 minutes. The customer service that I experienced was way below par. Having to wait 1 & 1/2 hours to pick up an on-line order after I received an e-mail saying it was ready is crazy ridiculous. After an hour, the employee helping me decided to call a manager to the front to assist because her calls to appliances were being ignored. She called 4 times and no manager ever came up. Both employees at customer service were obviously not happy to be there and they made sure everyone that they helped knew it. Very unprofessional.

I went into this store today about 11:00am to find a 12 volt battery, something that by other accounts should have been a simple task. I asked one of the workers standing by the cashier if they sold one. She began looking around the batteries next to the cash register, and questioned me more than once whether what I really wanted was a 9 volt battery.
