Bought a washer & dryer on Black Friday they claimed they had in stock. Now they're telling us we have to wait 3 more months for it to come in. The only solution provided was to buy and equal product and regular price. The old bait & switch at its finest.
Top notch speedy help. Spent a ton, left empty handed and waiting on delivery Friday. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
Note to self: Buying a brand new leaf blower (which doesn't work) and losing the receipt means you are f'd in the a! Did I buy the warranty? It's brand new and should work out of the box! What a joke! Guess I'll be shopping at Home Depot from now on! They'll happily take the $10k we've spent this year!
