Absolutely horrible customer service. Can't get them to confirm a fridge delivery tomorrow. Getting the runaround trying just to connect with a person in the store at 930 at night. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!
Think again before having Lowe’s South Corona, CA install your washer! The incompetent team that was sent left a loose/untightened hot water hose that caused a slow leak over a 5 month period. After getting a professional estimate, which cost us $300 out of pocket, the store manager is retracting his promise to cover the damages. In the meantime we are dealing with mold! Awesome store awesome people I love working there.
got some stuffs and indoor plants..staff are very friendly and accomodating..accidentally spillled a soda on the floor and there's this male cashier who took time to clean the floors with his hand using paper tissue making sure that people behind the line will not slip..he was very helpful..clean and organized place.. :)
The Corona Lowe's doesn't care about their customers. You're better off going to the Home Depot super store @ the 91 & Weir Canyon! They know what customer service is about!!!
