Customer service is a joke! I've had 4 refrigerators delivered because of the delivery drivers scratching them. Number 4 scratched!
Acted as if it was a bother to help me. I questioned the price of an item , Instead of calling back for a price check, she asked me if I just wanted to not buy the item! ! So I walked back and checked it myself ! HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE THAT HELP KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS!
Nothing but liers on the management team. Closing my account and never shopping there again and I'm spreading the word around. Your not the only home improvement store around Lowe's. You might want to think about that. Do not get flooring through them of any kind!
Ordered a stove online first one came broken then they never even ordered a replacement and the lady we talked to was very rude and condescending I will be shopping at Home Depot or Menards from now on!!
Ok, I understand that everyone takes a lunch break. But this is ridiculous. Thanks to the appliance guy for coming over and telling me the kitchen lady would be back in 15 minutes. No problem, I can wait. The lady sitting in the kitchen area for the 25-30 minutes I was there, however, avoided eye contact the whole time. I don't mind waiting, but at some point it would be nice to be acknowledged by someone sitting 3 feet away, as well as the other lady associate who walked up with her cart, didn't look at me, and walked away.... read more
