Not sure of his name but we had the best Lowe’s staff today. Was looking for 55 kitchen handles to match those I bought last year. I couldn’t find any. The salesman recognized them as a recently clearanced item. Found some for me in clearance section but not enough. He then searched the store and found me two more boxes. Then Tom checked us out and had to scan each individual. Handle. Did great for his first day at lowes! Thanks!!!
Absolutely the worst customer service/customer care out of the three big lumber stores in the area. Half the people that work here look like they hate their job. I've spent a ton of money here and almost regret each dollar I've spent. Only one lady Chris has a clue of what's going on in almost every department. Not to mention the one checker in the whole building. Really has gone down hill. Military discount is the only reason I go. They lose that I'll never go again.
You guys just lost about $10,000 in sales to Menards because you won't do wedding registries.
Today my mom and I were putting carpet down in my basement and they shorted us 5 foot of carpet so we had to re-roll the carpet and haul it back. Then while we were loading it the employee shoved the cart into my mom's car and broke the tailgate!
We replaced our main floor carpet after 24 years. This was in October of 2011. Bought the carpet at Lowes and like the carpet. However they told us they have installers so we went with them. Worst installed carpet ever. They never stretched the carpet as they installed it. Now I have bumps everywhere! NEVER AGAIN! Old carpet down 24 years no movement/new carpet 4 years and a mess!
Tired to have a delivery delivered twice. No one called us. We had to call them. The delivery manager promised me it would be here last Monday. Guess what. It never showed. Turns out it wasn't on the schedule. We got our money back and went somewhere else. It showed up today and on time. I think Lowes need to have a lot more communication. We will not go back to Lowes.
