We ordered carpet last month and we have had 3 different delivery dates given to us, the last was for yesterday. Didn't get a call this morning, so I called them and guess what, NO carpet! Why didn't they call us and tell us? Our house is torn up waiting for carpet and you already have our money! We want our money back. It is a scam when you sell someone something, take their money, and then don't provided the product!
Just had an incredible customer service experience with Gaylen (sp?). He went above and beyond to make things right with me.

rec my washer machine aug 20 2018. They were not able to put in because of pipe. Had someone put in. Now I would like to have the same 2 wonderful men come and remove it. 5309 Hwy 75N lot 109 712-204-9226 Kimberly Johnson.
Went in on 2/12/18 to have my house measured for carpet, promised I would be contacted in 2 days. 2 weeks later and 6 phone calls to Lowe's and the contractor still didn't return my call. I ordered from Knovas carpet instead, 3 days later and it was already installed. Manager was very apologetic and said they were having problems with the contractor. So much for the free installation deal at Lowe's.
Store closed at least 5min early probably 10. Only needed a couple electrical boxes. Watched as 5 other customers walking in before and after me were turned away also. Went to Menards and Home Depot both were open and happy to help.
