Worst place to buy appliances, very unprofessional to deliver.
This store needs some help with customer service. I use the Rhino exchange product for propane. I waited over 30 minutes after I paid for my propane and had to ask for the store manager to get my propane. He did say he was sorry, then only offered up that he was at lunch. No suggestion that he would make changes so this wouldn't happen again. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Purchased a stove on 4/14/2017 stated to be delivered the 21st.. no show.... 22th ..no show...now next date 4/30. Going to get my $$$$$ back
Just to put this out there to everyone, never use Lowe's to install anything. We ordered Windows from Lowe's that were supposed to have been installed two months ago, the windows were late coming in. The installer could not get them in right away because the delivery department could not get us the Windows and materials in a timely manner. Several failed delivery attempts. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALERT! Check this out. I was at Lowes Home Improvement in Santa Fe, New Mexico waiting for help getting a heater down from a shelve. I finally got tired of waiting so I grabbed it myself. As soon as I did a worker started yelling at me and even cussed at me. I asked for a name he refused. I asked to talk to a manager no one would call one. As soon as I threatened to call the corporate office these two guys came up.
