Great place but Susie in customer service had a bit of an attitude because we asked for military discount and you need to get signed in at the customer service desk. She was like you should have done this before so you could get the discount at the register. Well we didn’t know
If you're running in to get an item to carry out, you're probably fine. Don't order online or in store to pick up. They haven't figured out how to get items, put in warehouse and find later. Ridiculous waste of time. Had to get customer service manager involved to solve.
We love the people who work at lowes. Our dog loves it too.
I had to buy some plywood today and went to the Lowe's in Santa Fe. Carlo at the Lowe's did a truly above and beyond job of finding what I needed, cutting it and getting it into my CRV. He did a truly superb job in a timely, cheerful manner. I will certainly look for him the next time I come into the store.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Pointing the finger at everyone else but themselves for every issue that has gone wrong with this over 2 week late delivery. Even blamed me for ordering my items online instead of in store. I Have never dealt with such poor service before until a purchased appliances from this company. Constantly providing incorrect information. Telling me my order is scheduled for delivery the next day to find out it’s not. Having to deal with managers that say oh well not my problem. When I was there today there were NO cashiers -- not one. Self checkout only. I guess that's one way to hold down overhead, make the customer do the work that would normally be done by an employee. I managed. I wouldn't mind except I'm 84 years old, using a cane and limping because of a bad leg.
