RecommendedI went to Lowe’s today to get a dishwasher. The guy in the appliance section was busy with another customer but I found Brian in another department and he was able to help me. This employee and US veteran went above and beyond to help me find the dishwasher I had been looking at online and set me up with an appointment for someone to come out and measure and make sure I got everything I needed for installation. Thank you Brian!
6-6-20 We have been attempting to get Seth Snow and Juan Martinez to stand behind their contract with us. Yes, they did refund $150 for labor. We paid for our fence in 2019. They have not finished the project and will not refund the material not provided. They admit to not ordering sufficient material. They can't reorder as the fence material is no longer being manufactured! 9 feet of our fence is not finished. Shame on you!! 6-7-20 No response Seth Snow and Juan Martinez? Shame on you!!

Santa Fe, NM - They screwed up my BOPUS order, so I had to into go the store and find what I needed. NONE of the employees were wearing any protective gear: no masks, no gloves. None of them were making any effort at practicing safe distancing. If this store hasn’t been an origin point for a Covid outbreak, it probably will be.
worst store manager ever walks around shaking every ones hand does much of nothing lazy person I guess nothing like the old store manager he work very very hard I know I've worked with the very very best o well good by lowes !!!!!
Shitty front desk service at the customer service area. We went to pick up donations for the shelter we work at and The lady with all the tatoos had a bad attitude and made it seem like we where bugging here and she kept making a grunting sounds.
Very poor service...waited 2 hrs for 12 fencing poles
Santa Fe Lowe's is a bunch of hipocrites. They will offer you a job, but only if your a lier. Goes to show what type of employees they are looking for! FYI
