I used to love lowes up until I had to start dealing with the warranty company they hire to fix wash machines...within the last 3 months they sent out a company to repair my whirlpool carbrio washer 2 times now first guy replaced the part a month and a half later had to have them come back the guy said "oh he forgot to tighten it all the way down" problem fixed...not even 3 weeks later having same issue..I haven't heard from lowes contracted warranty people since I asked for a different company to come repair it, not real tr... read more
