RecommendedHIGHLY recommend this store here in Waterloo. They went about and beyond with buying my new appliances tonight. We were late getting out BUT they made sure we were taken care of. Loaded our stuff and when realizing we forgot something they ran back out to tell us and still allowed us to buy it. I will return to this store each time if I continue to receive this treatment from all the employees.
I had about 6 staff today ask if I needed any help. They all showed me where the items I inquired about. They were all so helpful!! 😄
Was interested in making a large purchase. Was told it would be a week however there was a perfectly good floor model I was willing to purchase. I asked for a manager to discuss possibly purchasing it however he was less than enthusiastic to want to talk to me. Taking my money elsewhere and will never step back into a Lowe’s again. Thank you!

Bad customer service....bought a tv fireplace stand. The were goin to call when it was put together.That didn't happen not sure why.
Went there today, needed lots of stuff. Denny was super helpful in the plumbing and electrical dept. took our carts upfront so we could keep shopping. Had lots of help loading too.
Went today to look at a few options for renovations. Staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to find what I need a and get out! :)
Customer service is very lacking...
We'll today my daughter and I went looking for a flower and have to say the woman my daughter talked to was not too friendly. She seemed more interested in watering plants then answering a 7 year olds questions about flowers. I think that's pretty disrespectful.
