Wanted to pass along a KUDOS to Wade & Rizz. We came in at the end of the day to get tile for 3 rooms in our house. They had to hunt down one of the tiles that was stocked above that took a fork lift to get it down. They cheerfully loaded it all on to carts, pushed to the front for us and loaded it all into our pick-up. All while having a smile on their face. Very poor customer service waited 30 minutes to have an item loaded and then ended up doing it myself without help
Absolutely terrible customer service. After being on the phone for over a half hour and 4 people later was told that their sale price on their concrete was because it was discontinued. Although the first 2 people I spoke with told me otherwise. Was also told the adds were the same for all there stores in the area. Not true. I wouldn't go back to that store if it was the only one left around. This is why more and more people are purchasing online. There is just very little customer service out there anymore. Excellent help in ordering a new patio door. We are "construction challenge" and was very pleased with our sales associate Doug. He explained everything so well and we didn't feel like a sales pitch was being shoved down our throats. Very very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about our purchase.
Sending your cabinet guy on a 2 week vacation during a cabinet sale is not smart. Nobody helped us. Nobody asked if they could. We were ready to order over $6K in cabinets and counters, but nobody was available to make the sale for 2 weeks. That kind of service isn't gonna work for us. We'll take it to Menards or HD.

So many reasons. The number one being the excellent customer service. Patrick and Nathan (managers) are so very helpful and really do care about their customers!!!
