Lowe’s does BAIT AND SWITCH BUYER BEWARE As you can see in the picture that I took off Lowe’s website today. The appliance suite Frigidaire in black stainless is listed for $1728.00. We went to the Lewes in Lewes DE to purchase the set, well of corse they were out of stock on the fridge and said it’s no longer “available” now here comes the bait and switch. We were told they could swap out with a comparable fridge but it was going to cost $1000.00 more so now their price on website went from $1728 to $2750. I asked if they w... read more
Workers are rude. Won't honor online prices or their own price match guarantee. Employees said it was Store Manager's policy.
Curbside pick up is a joke. Call.. get Customer Service when you press number two, then their constant cop out is they don’t know what’s going on it’s a different department blah blah blah been sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes so far. Called back. Then they say they’re only customer service again even though it says press two on the sign for curbside pick up when you get here in front of your parking spot. She said she’ll call them and try to hurry them up. Still waiting

RecommendedI do go here but after today’s experience, literally just now with Bud was horrible. I’m sorry that I got bolts you couldn’t read. You didn’t need to scold me for it and throw them on the counter. So yes, I said you were being rude for doing this as I left.

Poor on the following: Internet stock quantities; Customer service; Associates knowledge; Nobody there really cares...
Do not get your carpet installed from this store unless, you want have buckles in your carpet and call them every few months to restretch it. This company will appear to try to solve the problem all the way up until your warranty expires.
