Utica, NY. First off, my cashier was great. No complaints with her. I went in to buy lumber for a deck. 2x10x16' 18 of them. 2x8x16' 2 and a bunch of other pressure treated lumber. At least a dozen employees walked by while I picked it all off the shelves and into a cart then push it to the door and watch me load it into my trailer. Not once did a single employee offer any help. Worst customer service ever. Should have gone to #homedepot
Lowe's doesn't even deserve one star. Don't shop here, horrible customer service.
I left my wallet here, and it took 24 hours for me to realize where I had lost it. Everything (including cash and a gift card) was intact when I picked it up!!
I had the best customer service! I was able to order my carpet installation and it will be completed quickly! Thanks to Marian G., LeeAnn, Tori and anyone I may have missed.
