Utica store is an absolute mess. Customers having to climb over blocked aisles, etc. Managers and employees should be ashamed of themselves.

They failed to tell me the washer and dryer were missing important components in order to work. Told me I need to buy those separately AFTER the delivery driver got to my house. Spoke to “Greg or Craig” claims he was the manager but I check my receipt and it says another name as manager. This man stated “they haven’t come with those parts in years” Wellll how must someone who never purchased a washer and dryer suppose to know this? When I was buying them I was not informed! Waited in customer service line with mask, sweating bullets, finally get to register after 15 minutes to order landscape stone, guy tells me “you can do that at any other register, not here.” Rude verbal exchange ensued. Went to lumber aisle, staff walking all around watching me struggle with a very heavy piece of 12 foot pressure treated lumber, never offered to help. Asked where deck joist hangers were. Only offer their military discount on candy bars now It seems When they say they're going to deliver an appliance they don't make good on it so I wouldn't plan on ordering anything from here unless your jobless and can wait for whenever they decide to get their lazy butts up and come deliver it. Did the order on line n pick up in store. What a disaster, I only order 6 items. 2 were wrong n they didn’t have what I ordered in stock. Toke forever for them to credit my card. What should’ve been a 5 minute thing took almost an 1/2 hour👎🏻

I'd like to thank the associates at Lowes 523 in Utica, NY for completely ignoring me in the appliance department tonight for approximately 25 minutes. I really enjoyed the associates walking by me several times as I was picking out an appliance suite. I took my business down the road to Home Depot, where I was promptly greeted, given several options, and treated like a valued customer. I ended up spending almost $2500 at Home Depot, a sale that could have been Lowes, since the prices were almost identical. It's no wonder wh... read more

They do not honor there warranties. They hire substandard and fraudulent plumbers. Charged 1000.00 for less than 3 hours labor and 9 months later the hot water heater is ruined and I am now expected to just pay for a new hot water heater and pay 300.00 for the installer to set it where it belongs. He won't be able to hook it up....it is beyond what he is able to do....I am unsure of what to do know....17 calls later......
