We just bought our first washer/dryer set from Lowe's and we're so glad we did! They made it very easy and we got a great deal. Their delivery+installation is worth it! We bought them Friday and to set realistic expectations they told us delivery would be Sunday; however, Elliot with Lowe's called this morning to tell us he could deliver them this afternoon if we were available today. We were overjoyed. Elliot arrived at 1:30 and had us all set in just under 30 minutes. We won't go anywhere else! �

I bought a lg refrigerator less then a year ago from lowes and it has been out since Wednesday last week and no one will come fix it and it's still under warranty!!! 5 days with no refrigerator , all the food runt and I just had surgery and can't go any were to get food so I have to depend on people
Service was horrible and employees didn't know anything about here job or merchandise! Would rather drive an extra 2 hours than ever shop there again!
Stood there to buy a washer for 30 minutes while 3 employees talked to 1 customer about sales that will be happening a month away. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Hard to get service in most departments you have to wait 10-15 minutes for some one th show up.I had Lowes give me an estament for new Windows couldn't get anyone to come to FT.SMITH counter the next day to talk to them so I got mad and left good thing I did got another Estament from Royale Windows Hot Springs Ar It was Alot cheaper and a be\er windows and warranty so I ordered my windows and installation from Royal Windows.
