Came in to buy a new Bosch Dishwasher and couldn’t get any help. A girl working there tried three different times to get someone to come back to appliances for help. No one ever showed up. Poor management. Won’t be back and I’ll spend my $1200 somewhere else with better customer service.
RecommendedI was in Lowe's today and actually needed a few way different things but manager Blake came to help out and we found everything I needed!! He seemed very knowledgeable in the items I was unsure of and he helped me to pick the right one for my family. Also he walked to the front and rang up my items for me! It was a good experience.
Terrible customer service! Ordered a dryer online and the delivery got pushed back so I decided to go pickup 45 minutes away at store. Picked up at store and got charged $15 MORE. They say taxes but I already pre paid online. Also they had an older woman help load it and young men behind the register. I’ll take my business elsewhere since the store and Lowe’s customer service won’t do anything about it.
I went in tonight and got a ton of different paints. Well who ever mixed the paint for me didn’t secure the lid well (it wasn’t noticeable) and within a matter of minutes it was spilled in my car. The two nicest employees helped me clean it up to the best of their ability and got me a new can of paint (sealed this time!) I was just super impressed with how they wanted to help make things right. 🙂
On July 28,2019, we made a $5000 custom order of Trex composite decking boards. We were told it will be 4 weeks before the boards can be delivered( Friday, Aug. 30th), no problem there so far. On Aug. 22, 2019, I called to see if we could pick up the in stock treated lumber so the contractor could get the frame ready for the boards delivery on the 30th. I do a lot of business through this Lowe’s, especially since they are just down the street. I went in today to exchange a brand new weed eater I purchased from there, used it 4 times and now the pull is jacked up. Not a big deal, or so I thought, they will not warranty anything past 30 days!!! 30 DAYS!?!? What brand new item breaks within 30 days?
