Never but a lawnmower from Lowe's!!! They give you a 30 day return. I bought a self propelled Troy Bilt and used it 5 times and it started blowing oil out. Now I will be without a lawnmower for 1 to 2 weeks or more while they send it to see if it can be repaired. I will probably never buy a nother Troy Bilt. Hate Lowe's home improvement, I just want to mow my yard. A brand new lawnmower should break after 5 used.
Called to find out about the warranty on my malfunctioning washing machine I bought there less than a year ago, got transferred 4 times.. Started with guy in appliances, was told I needed to speak to the "head cashier," and once that guy answered he couldn't help and ran to someone else who turned out to be the first guy I spoke to..? THEN got sent to customer service, she apologized and said I should talk to a manager. So I did, he took my info and said he'd "holler back" after looking it up. Never heard back of course.
Bought a refrigerator two weeks ago, and was told one was in stock. We set the delivery up for two weeks, and my wife called yesterday to confirm our delivery for today. She was told they had it, and it would be delivered. They called today, and said they were now out of stock. The manager said he would find out when one was available, and called back over an hour later. Somehow one magically materialized in the store, and they said they could have it out Sunday! Received excellent customer service from 3 employees tonight searching for a heater!! Kudos for the service!!!
I've done a lot of business at this location but I was disappointed today. I needed to purchase a custom ordered door for an interior doorway and spoke to two associate in a different department who went to get help. The person who came to help me couldn't help me and told me they would go find someone who could help me. After 15 minutes of waiting I still was not assisted, could not find the person who had spoken with me 15 minutes earlier who said they would get someone to help. So I left without making my purchase.
We buy from Lowes in Van Buren on a daily basis they go way beyond to help the customer out... Keep up the great work...�
