Needed new carpet quickly. Told it could be done in 2 weeks. Will be a total of 6 weeks! Very unhappy.

I order a sliding door. Customized. I get a call telling me. I can't get what I paid for. It suppose to come with the blinds inserted in the glass. So I I get a call saying I cant. But they told me I could have the blinds the day I order it. I think the price should be drop . But yet I'm still have to pay 1, 13.06 very disappointed. Including the labor.
Too bad Lowe's discriminates with their military discount policy...it appears 8 years of active duty isn't enough to qualify...Do you have negative stars? What you sell I can get lots of other places that do respect military duty served.
