I went to Lowes in Greenville NC a few minutes ago, its the one on Hwy 11. i need a refrigerator and wanted to buy one today. The male sales clerk was helping someone and asked a female if she would assist me. She ignored me while i waited ten minutes for her to help. Needless to say, I left. I am so upset with the disrespect shown to me. You have lost a sale and a loyal customer. I'm on my way to Best Buy. Maybe they will be interested in making a sale today.

We’ve been waiting for someone to install the hot water heater at our place for upwards of three weeks. Communication is awful! You have to consistently call and when someone does get in touch, you just get the run around! Lowe’s, you really need to get it together! You never used to be like this!
I purchased an appliance. The product was not delivered as promised. I waited all day. I was not notified that it would not be delivered that day. When I called, I was given no explanation or a date and time it would be delivered.
Horrible horrible customer service no one ever answers the phone in any of the departments especially window and blinds. Even went into the store just to call and see what really goes on watch the workers get paged and stand right by the phone and won't answer it. Been getting the run around about my blinds that i picked out and no one seems to know where they are at. If i can give this place negative stars i would....
The manager Christina MacMiller is unprofessional and beyond rude. The ladies working in returns, Brenda and Jennifer weren’t any better. Customer service is non existent with these three. My family and I won’t be returning to this Lowe’s!
