went there one day to get something could not locate it. asked several store employees and know one could help. went again Sunday needed assistance in lamps could not find anyone. went to register said they would page someone. No one never came. will not be returning to this store
Okay. I really like this Lowe's store but today I went and stepped in dog poop! So it is on the OWNER of the DOG. I think it's neat that dogs are allowed in the store but it isn't cool to step in poop in the a main walkway inside the store over by the Kitchen appliances. There were two piles of poop. It's not the employees' fault either. Maybe the store should rethink their pet policy only to allow service dogs. AND service dogs wear special collars and vest and these types of behaviors are not common. So this review is just... read more
Went in to window shop while making a delivery...$200 later!��
Went in to get a grill, and got the best customer service!!!!
I bought a dishwasher from there (with the warranty) and after three repair visits, it is still not working. This has dragged on for over two months where I don't have a working dishwasher. I now have repair number four scheduled. What a joke. You would think after all this time, they would realize that they sold a lemon (it happens) and make it right. I have no complaint with the store itself, but have issues with their corporate office.
Very nice and helpful staff. Always a joy going to this store. My children love going there just to walk around and interact with the staff.
Worse experience ever! Wrote email to corporate and they assured us someone from the store would be contacting us, that was a week before Thanksgiving and still not a word!
