I bought a patio set on Sunday with a 10% coupon. I saw it in your ad that started today (3/17) for $100 off. Stopped by today on my way home and Virginia in customer service promptly and with a very friendly attitude credited me the $100. Thanks Virginia, you are an asset to your store and your company.
I walked into Lowes at 5:15 p.m. on a Wednesday evening and planned on spending over $100, there were no shopping carts at all to be found inside the store. Every shopping cart was out in the parking lot, it seems like bad customer service do not have any carts. I can't imagine they don't have at least one employee that could run out to the parking lot and collect all the carts. Poor experience here today. And the customer service person at the desk had terrible customer service and could care less about what the salesman had said etc. Walked out. Going to Home Depot.
Extremely disappointed . I purchased a Lowe's Service plan for my 4 high end appliances . They are less than 2 years old . I called for service , the earliest appointment is in 16 days -- ouch !!! Poor Customer service
