Very kind gentleman was already helping another customer. I went and spoke to a lady in cabinets and she said, “I’m cabinets. I can’t help you “(very rude). Then she calls over another gentleman who would rather be ANYWHERE except helping me. I even asked him if he would rather me go to a different store. He was abrasive and short with me even though I was a definite sale. The young girl at customer service was awesome. Too bad the other two people had jobs there.
RecommendedThe associates at the O’Fallon Lowe’s are wonderful! Always friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to make sure you get what you need, and even those odd things you may not have thought of for your project. I love the new arrangement of things - it all seems tied together now, whether the staff is helping or you’re just shopping on your own for ideas and potential home improvements.

not having items at store when listed online, not getting orders ready in a timely manner, messing up billing and removing discounts causing even more aggravation to get it corrected....

I haven't been to the Ofallon store but go to the one in Lake St. Louis. I have always found that I've gotten good service and friendly sales people. They have been very helpful to me when there are things I don't know.
Best store in the world!!! I may be a little biased!!!
