@Lowes installed 20 new windows for me in December of 2018 and all 20 have been leaking buckets of water since the installation. Installers admit to sealing windows to vinyl siding (not underlying waterproofing layer) but Lowes still not admitting culpability. What a nightmare. Their extended protection plan is worthless. Frig has been broke since December 26th with no resolution. On hold with them right now waiting on manager for 30 minutes. Will never use them again.
So apparently the Lowes in Ofallon can't live up to their promises. Ordered a grill cover yep GRILL COVER 10 DAYS AGO!!!!!Was told it would be in that night. NOPE! Came in last Sunday still not here. We shop Lowe's because of their quality, customer service, and their commitment to our military and veterans by giving them a 10%discount. This store was clean and organized, with lots of staff to help if needed.
I would like to thank Ro from the O'Fallon Lowe's on highway K! The boys and I were at Dunkin' Donuts yesterday and he came into the store with his coworker! The boys love Lowe's and they immediately starting talking about the "boys in the red jackets".
